The design is an innovative adaptable off-site manufactured vertical house concept. The result is generous unconventional heights in the living spaces, an efficient distribution of services, storage spaces along the vertical extent of the rear wall and an excellent quality of light and space.

The designs adaptable structural modules (A and B) allow for the core unit to be spatially altered internally overtime, or in line with multiple developments for 1 or 2 bedroom houses without changing the core structure of the standard two storey house dwellings.
